Thomas T M Chang MD

Dr. Chang is a Board Certified Ophthalmic Surgeon who graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkeley, attented medical school at University of California in San Diego, and completed Residency and Ophthalmology Training at Columbia Cornell and St. Vincent's Medical Centers in NYC.

Dr. Chang is an active member of The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, The American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the NYS Ophthalmological Society. He is also affiliatted with The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Medical Center. He has been in practice in New York City since 1986.
